The desire to undertake a business arose after our founder's personal experience with motherhood, which began with an intense diagnosis of infertility until the arrival of her two children. She built a consolidated career in Human Resources over 22 years, working in the corporate market in renowned companies and occupying strategic positions.
After experiencing motherhood, the founder's professional perspective changed, leading to the realization of how challenging it can be to reconcile these two important roles in a woman's life. This new empathetic look highlighted the need to provide more support, encouragement and acceptance for professional mothers.
The desire to increase visibility, promote dialogue and implement concrete actions led to the creation of EAGLE MOMS, whose purpose is to support mothers and mothers-to-be in their career and motherhood challenges. This is done through individualized assistance, mentoring, lectures or tailor-made programs provided by the companies where the mothers work.
