I'm Henrique and Mariana's mother. I spent 22 years in Human Resources, serving as Associate HR Director at BioMarin Pharmaceutical, where I led cultural change projects and HR operations across several countries.
Previously, at Torrent do Brasil, I implemented comprehensive HR strategies and led talent development initiatives as an HR Manager. My expertise as an HR Business Partner at Boehringer Ingelheim and in other roles contributed to offering strategic support to the various business areas.
