I'm Henrique and Mariana's mother. I spent 22 years in Human Resources, serving as Associate HR Director at BioMarin Pharmaceutical, where I led cultural change projects and HR operations across several countries.

Before that, at Torrent do Brasil, I put comprehensive HR strategies in place and led talent development initiatives as HR Manager. As an HR Business Partner at Boehringer Ingelheim and in other roles, I provided strategic support to business units across the company.

I also worked as a Motherhood and Career Mentor at Giving Birth. I hold a graduate degree in HR from FAAP and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and I completed the Formação Expert em Parentalidade program.
