The idea for the business grew out of our founder's own journey to motherhood, which began with a difficult infertility diagnosis and led to the arrival of her two children. Over 22 years, she built a solid career in Human Resources, holding strategic roles at well-known companies.
Becoming a mother changed the way she saw her work. She realized how hard it can be to balance these two important roles in a woman's life, and that new, more empathetic perspective made it clear that working mothers need more support, encouragement and care.
A desire to raise awareness, open up the conversation and take concrete action led to the creation of Eagle Moms, whose purpose is to support moms and moms-to-be through the challenges of career and motherhood. We do this through one-on-one support, mentoring, talks, and custom programs offered by the companies where these mothers work.
