I'm Henrique and Mariana's mother! I have more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I worked as Associate HR Director at BioMarin Pharmaceutical, leading cultural change projects and HR operations in several countries.

Previously, at Torrent do Brasil, I implemented comprehensive HR strategies and led talent development initiatives as an HR Manager. My expertise as an HR Business Partner at Boehringer Ingelheim and in other roles contributed to offering strategic support to the various business areas.

I worked as a Maternity and Career Mentor at the company Giving Birth. My training includes a postgraduate degree in HR from FAAP, a degree in Business Administration and Expert Training in Parenting.
